Urge the UN Security Council to Establish a Commission of Inquiry on Burma

During August and September of 2009, the United Kingdom and the United States will act consecutively as President of the UN Security Council. Both ambassadors have the ability to propose a Security Council resolution to create a Commission of Inquiry on Burma to investigate the crimes against humanity that the Burmese Military junta have perpetrated on the Burmese population.
